Proposed name change and notice of EGM
Flying Brands Limited (AIM: FBDU), the medical services and software company, announces that notice convening an Extraordinary General Meeting (“EGM”) of the Company, has been posted to shareholders and made available to view on the Company’s website at www.flyingbrands.co.uk.
The EGM will be held on 4 October 2018 at 10.00 a.m. at 3rd Floor, Forum 4, Grenville Street, St Helier, Jersey, JE2 4UF. The purpose of this meeting is to consider and, if deemed appropriate, to approve a resolution to change the name of the Company to “IQ-AI Limited”.
